COOK
(part or full time) Duties include but
are not limited to manning the grill,
prepping soups, salads, baklava, and
any food items served. Cooks are
expected to be quick and efficient. We
have peak times and our cooks must
be able to work with precision under
pressure. All kitchen duties are
shared. Cooks also are required to
clean up and keep track of inventory.
Cooks must be of legal age to serve
alcohol. (19)

related inventory, general cleaning of
tables, chairs, floors, dishes,
restrooms, etc. Accuracy and a smile
under pressure a must. Cashiers must
